Current objects of bliss...

So, I thought it would be a nice idea to share my current "objects of bliss" with you. Things that I love - some I own and some I wish I would - things that I find inspiring and things that simply give me joy:

1. Lululemon's Turbo Run Short: This is the most comfy short I have ever done yoga in. Everything stays put and feels firm when exercising thanks to the built-in liner and the wide leg opening. It also has a little zippered pocket at the back for carrying keys or cards. I got this short as a present from my lovely friend and I'm so happy!

2. Manduka's eKO Mat 79": You've probably already seen my yoga mat in some photos on my blog. I just love this mat - I'm currently recommending it to every yogi I know. The single most important reason why I can't do without this mat is because it's non-slippery. I've tried many mats before and they all lost their grip after a couple of months. It's also made of natural rubber and completely toxic-free.

3. Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is not only one of my favorites in aromatherapy, but I also use it for cooking as it contains all good fats the body needs. And it is sooo yummy.

4. Thann's Aromatic Wood Rice Grain Soap Bar: While I usually blend my own shower gels, this soap is definitely on my shopping list. The heavy cinnamon and orange scent is simply divine and the oils (both natural and essential) are a real treat for the skin.

5. Navita's Organic Cacao Powder: The Mayans surely knew what's good for them. Cacao is a real superfood supplying the body with lots of antioxidants, magnesium and iron. A few scoops in your favorite smoothie and you are set for the day ahead.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
